Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all TNS boutique tags are still attached and the garments are in pristine condition.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
